David practices as a trial lawyer in personal injury and insurance litigation, disability claims including CPP appeals, wrongful dismissal & employment litigation, family law & divorce and estate litigation.
He also deals with all aspects of commercial litigation including construction liens, income tax appeals, mortgage power of sale & foreclosure and contract disputes.
David graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a B.A. in 1966 and an LL.B. in 1969. He has been a trial lawyer in Ontario since 1971. David is one of the most experienced civil litigation lawyers in the Waterloo Region.
